The Executive Branch
Requirements
• Must be 35 years old
• Must be born on U.S. soil
• Has to live in U.S. for 14 consecutive years

The American people through the Electoral College elect the President. In order to win the Electoral College the president must win 270 of the 538 electoral votes by winning the states on Election Day. If elected he serves a 4-year term and then can decide to run for re-election.

If The President were to die or was not able to carry out his duty to the country then Presidential succession would start. The Presidential succession is The: Vice President, Speaker Of the House, Longest serving member of the Senate, Secretary of State and so on and so forth.
