• Represenation for each state is decided by population.
• ​Each house meber has a two year term
• Must be 25 and live in the district that they represent. Also must live in state for 7 years.
• Senate
• 100 Members
• 6  Year terms
• Must be 30 Years old and live in state for 9 years
• 2 Senators from each state
